إدارة مشاريع Odoo — نديرها بإحسان

How to govern an Odoo implementation. Not how Odoo works — the ecosystem has enough of that.

The idea

The gap is not product knowledge

Scope and the discipline of holding it. Functional understanding before configuration. Estimation that survives contact. Governance, alignment between client and team, user acceptance, quality, risk, change, delivery, closure, and what happens to the learning afterwards.

Why it exists

There is an enormous amount of Odoo product training and very little on how to actually manage an Odoo project. So implementations are staffed by people who know the software and are learning delivery on the client’s time.

The title carries the argument: إحسان — doing it well, in the sense of doing it properly when nobody is checking. That is a standard rather than a methodology, and it is the one the book applies.

What is in it

Written for the person accountable for the delivery, movement by movement through a real implementation rather than by phase diagram.

Who it is for

Project managers, functional consultants, technical leads, delivery managers, Odoo partners, PMOs, and the client-side owner who has to receive the thing.

Status

A completed professional work, developed with expert and technical review. Not offered for sale here.

It sits between choosing the system and operating it afterwards.
